這是我最近非常喜愛的一首詩歌, 是Mark Harris寫給他兩個孩子。

不只是旋律, 歌詞也非常動人, 雖然是父親寫給孩子的, 但每一次當我聽到時都很感動, 彷彿像是對著我唱的。特別是副歌的部份, 是在我堅持等候, 對自己懷疑的時候告訴我:

” I pray that God would fill your heart with dreams,

and that faith gives you the courage,

to dare to do great things”

我想的確是對著我唱的吧。

雖然我是一個人在寄居之地, 但我想我爸媽, 在太平洋的另一端一定也是這樣天天為我禱告的吧;

每當我又再次能體會陳子昂那種孤獨時, I’m told that I’m not along:

我的天父, 我在天上的父, 也必定是以這樣的心來看顧我。
